Time flies like an arrow, and time flies like an arrow. With the ringing of the bells in 2013 and cordial New Year greetings, we ushered in 2013. 2013 is a year of far-reaching significance for us, because 2013 is a happy day for the 20th anniversary of the establishment of our Yueheng Company.

 

In the festive days, the company issued the essay "I grow together with Yueheng". After seeing this announcement, I felt a lot of feelings. Although 20 years have passed in a blink of an eye, there have been too many things in 20 years. , What should I write? Many, many experiences are worthy of our memories. In a speech at the 2013 Spring Tea Party, our chairman proposed Yueheng's future development plan to transform and upgrade, and become stronger and bigger. Inspired by this, I might as well talk about the transformation and upgrading experience of our beer machinery department in the past 20 years, which has made many colleagues who have just joined Yueheng learn more about the growth experience of Yueheng.

 

In July 1993, Yueheng Company, a small mountain town in Xiegang with beautiful surroundings and green mountains, was officially established and put into production. At the beginning of production, our beer machine department only produced 6 beer machines. At the beginning, we mainly produced AC lenses. After the successful production of AC lenses, we will further produce PC lenses. The annual output value of plastic spectacle lenses in the beer machine department was only five. About six million, the sales of plastic lenses are mainly supplied to Hengguang Group and surrounding optical factories.

 

In 1996, under the leadership of the former Chairman of Hengguang, Mr. Lin, the Beer Machinery Department ushered in a good opportunity for transformation and upgrading, and developed and produced nylon plastic sunglasses lenses based on the concept of using nylon materials to produce spectacle frames. At that time, there were no nylon plastic sunglasses in the world. Nylon spectacle lenses have different characteristics from AC, PC, and CR39 lenses. Nylon spectacle lenses have excellent lightness, toughness, light transmittance, and non-breakability by drilling. In 1996, the company invested a lot of cost to develop this product. The reason is that the price of nylon material is more than 6 times that of AC and PC. Therefore, the cost of investment in development is quite large. We encountered many unexpected difficulties in the experimental development. When the beer machine is produced, the material cannot be cut, and the color of the production is unstable. The produced lens has many black spots and crystal points. Because of the many black spots, the raw materials cannot be produced after the solid color is drawn. Only a small amount of mixed materials can be produced. The original AC and PC production lines are automated suction production lines. The main colors of the production are tea, gray, and green. The raw materials are all mixed colors and pellets provided by the manufacturer for our production. Due to the use of a small amount of mixed materials, we have created our own Injection molding color matching, through our joint efforts with nylon raw material suppliers, in 1997, we solved all the difficulties in production and finally successfully developed nylon plastic sunglasses lenses, and at the same time obtained production patents, and also obtained foreign merchants for nylon sunglasses lenses The products are slowly sold to overseas markets, and we have signed production and sales contracts with major global optical companies. The nylon sunglasses we produce sell well in the global optical lens market.

 

Continuous technological innovation is our path to sustainable development. Because the production of nylon, a raw material, has a corrosive effect on molds, molds must be repaired after a period of time. Outsourced repairs take a long time and are costly. In order to solve the problem of mold repair, we created mold repair This greatly reduces the cost of mold repair and saves mold repair time.

 

The society is constantly developing, looking to the future, looking forward to a globalized, market-oriented modern society, the market is changing rapidly, products are changing with each passing day, and market needs are becoming more individualized. In order to meet the needs of the market, we have trial-produced two-tone nylon sunglasses. We also encountered a very big difficulty-the problem of decolorization, but after our unremitting research, the problem of decolorization of spectacle lenses was solved. Our two-color nylon spectacle lenses were successfully trial-produced. At the same time, the two-color nylon spectacle lenses brought us more Orders have brought our production to a peak, from the original 6 beer machine production to 12 beer machine production in 2006, and the annual output value from the original several million to more than 60 million in 2006. In 2003, the company participated in the "Productivity Award" of the "Hong Kong Awards for Industry" and was awarded the "Productivity Certificate of Merit" in the same year. This is the first company in the optical industry in Hong Kong to receive this award.

 

In the 2008 financial crisis, all industries were affected differently, and we were no exception. Orders decreased. However, the difficulties are unavoidable for Yueheng people. Under the wise decision of the company's top management, we have further upgraded the technology, which is to develop high value-added PCP polarized glasses. In May 2011, we established the PCP Polarization Department. In August 2011, we tried to produce PCP spectacle lenses, but we also encountered various difficulties during production. The lenses produced had foggy, burn-in and other defects. , Which seriously affected the pass rate, but we have the spirit of unremitting innovation of Yueheng people, and we finally solved the difficulties one by one, and the pass rate has been greatly improved. In 2012, we further upgraded our technology. From the production of a single PCP spectacle lens, we developed and produced PCS spectacle lenses and PCVP spectacle lenses, which are sold well in the global market. Our Yueheng's development has reached a new level.

 

We have gone through a glorious 20 years, but the road ahead is still very long, and we still need to continue to strive for progress and strive to create the next glorious 20 years.
